How to Wake up Happy Everyday

  3. Whenever you meet someone treat them with love and kindness. You would want someone to do that to you. Use people as a reflection of yourself. Treat them how you want to be treated.
  4. Do what you feel is right. Don't worry about being shy or showing your emotions. Let people know how you feel. Be true to yourself and your feelings. Small acts of random kindness change the world. Make an effort to be nice to that coworker you don't like the best.
