Enjoy Being Single

If you're fixated on being part of a couple, here are some reasons to savor your singleness.

Steps

1. Ignore the naysayers. In a couple-driven consumer marketing society, you're bound to come across people who wonder why you're single, as if the ultimate goal in life is to pair up with another human being and cling to that ideal as if your life depends on it. They might even imply that something is "wrong" with you if you're single. Brace yourself for that kind of ignorance. Remember that you don't have to defend your being single, just like it's rude to attack the validity of someone's relationship. Just say "I prefer being single" and change the subject or mention that statistics show that 1/2 of all people are single.
2. Focus on friendship. Being single doesn't have to mean being lonely. When you're single, you have more time to do a variety of things, all of which are opportunities to forge new friendships. Even if you're an introvert, this can be an excellent time to nurture your extroverted side. But social butterflies can grapple with loneliness too. Make it a priority in your life to create meaningful friendships and enrich your existing ones.

3. Enjoy your freedom. Everybody has radical little fantasies...and the chances of pairing up with someone who shares such a fantasy with equal fervor is not something to hold your breath for. So what are you waiting for? Find some people who have the same idea, or just go for it alone, and you'll meet like-minded people along the way.
4. Appreciate the absence of compromise. Classic relationship advice dictates that compromise, sacrifice are essential to a healthy relationship. Perhaps if you've been in a relationship before, you realize how much stuff you had to give up in order to make that relationship work. Or maybe you forgot about that stuff, because you're focused on the things you miss. Well, this is a good time to shift that focus. If you're a slob, isn't it great to be able to leave your stuff laying around, without anybody minding? If you're a neat freak, isn't it wonderful to be able to organize everything, and find it the way you left it? Isn't it nice to be able to cook and eat and enjoy foods that a partner might be averse to? Isn't it cool to be able to go out spontaneously, without wondering whether your partner can or should be invited? A relationship can add many good things to your life, but it also adds some rigidity, so take the time to appreciate your current flexibility. 5. Cherish the excitement. Relationships tend to come along with planning--for example, you can't just accept a job across the country without touching base with your significant other. And generally, if you're in it for the long haul, you'll likely talk about what you'll be doing years from now. But when you're single, the future is completely open. Today you're at your desk, and a year from now you might be camping in Alaska. Right now you're single, but tomorrow you might meet your soul-mate. Who knows? Fantasize. Be spontaneous. Be bold.
6. Being married is a "lifestyle choice" and not a "requirement." Therefore, being single is a "lifestyle choice" and not a "default option." It is possible CHOOSE to be single. There are advantages to being married just as there are disadvantages to being married, such as loss of personal freedom, having to compromise, etc. Conversely, there are advantages to being single, as well as disadvantages. Whether one is married or single is nothing more than a lifestyle choice.

How to Drink More Water Every Day

http://pad1.whstatic.com/images/thumb/d/db/Glasswater.jpg/200px-Glasswater.jpg
There are a variety of reasons to drink plenty of water each day. Adequate water intake prevents dehydration, cleans out the body, and promotes healing processes. Substituting water for beverages high in calories can also help control weight. Follow the steps below to make sure you're getting enough of this most basic necessity.

Drink water before, with and after every meal; it will help you to prevent overeating and obesity. Eat slowly, drink water and you will get satisfied with less food.

Steps

1. Determine how much water you need. You've probably heard the "8 by 8" rule - drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day (2 quarts, 1.8 liters) - but the amount of water a person needs varies depending on his or her weight, activity level and climate. Another way to determine your specific recommended water intake is to divide your weight (in pounds) by two. The resulting number is the number of ounces of water you need each day. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs., strive to drink 75 ounces of water daily. For those who use the Metric system, divide your weight (in kilograms) by 30 (ex. somebody weighing 70 kg is going to need 2.3 liters per day). Keep in mind that these recommended intake numbers are controversial and some experts believe they are a gross exaggeration. See "warnings" below for more information.
2. Measure your daily intake of water. Do this for a few days. If you find that you're drinking less than the recommended quantity, try some of the following tips:
3. Learn to acquire a taste for water.
4. Carry water with you everywhere put it in a bottle or other container.
5. Keep a glass or cup of water next to you whenever you'll be sitting down for a long time, such as when you're at your desk at work. Drink from it regularly as you're working.
6. Try wearing a digital watch that beeps at the beginning of each hour. Use that as a reminder to pour yourself a glass of water. Vow to drink that water before the next beep. If you drink only one small (6 ounce or 180 ml) cup per hour, you'll have consumed 48 ounces (1.4 liters) by the end of an 8-hour workday.
7. Get a water purification system. Purified water tastes very good and may help make drinking water more appealing to you. Be aware, though, that as you grow accustomed to purified water, you may find that tap water leaves a bad taste in your mouth, even though it may be better for your teeth.[Keep in mind that fluoride, found in small quantities in tap water, is necessary for strong, healthy teeth.  Fortunately, no water filter removes the fluoride. You'd have to use reverse osmosis, distillation, or an expensive filter specific to removing fluoride. But don't do any of that. Fluoride in the saliva bathes the teeth and prevents dental decay!
8. Add lemons or limes to your water. This makes it taste better and makes you want to drink more of it. Be careful not to make it too sour; just a splash of sourness should do the trick. Cucumber slices can also be added to a glass of water. Some mint leaves can be added to a pitcher of water which should be allowed to sit overnight. These are cheap alternatives to the bottled flavored water. If you do choose bottled flavored water, check the ingredients, as these are likely closer in form to lemon- or limeade than they are to water.
9. Eat water rich foods, such as fruits like watermelon, which is 92% water by weight. Blend up some seedless fresh watermelon flesh with some ice and place a few sprigs of mint (optional) - one of the most refreshing drinks, especially for the summertime. Cranberry juice is also another option, and has a bitter taste. Patients suffering from urinary infection caused by insufficient intake of water should drink cranberry juice and eat watermelon if not plain water everyday. A tomato is 95% water. An egg is about 74% water. Always drink water before, with and after your meals; it will help you to eat slowly and prevent overeating
10. Keep water cold if it tastes better for you. Keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator at home. Add ice or freeze water in a sports bottle before taking it with you, it will eventually melt and stay cold. Bear in mind that cold water takes energy for your body to regulate the temperature, and does burn some calories. Room temperature water is better if you're dehydrated. Your body can absorb the room temperature water immediately, instead of the body having to raise the temperature of the water first in order to process it.
11. Climate can drastically change how much water you need. On hot days that require you to be outside, you should drink more water to counteract the fluids you lose when you sweat. This not only keeps your body hydrated, it can prevent heat-related illness. Just as important (but often overlooked) is consuming enough fluids in cold & wet conditions. The human body works much more efficiently (including heating and cooling) when properly hydrated. Inadequate water intake affects the brain's function first, which can become very dangerous (especially in extreme conditions).
12. Purchase a bottle the size of your water goal. Purchase a water bottle that holds the amount of water you wish to drink each day. Try to drink the water slowly through out the day. If you don't drink it all, don't try to chug it at the end of the day. This will allow you to easily see how much water you are consuming.

How to Make Your Hair Grow Faster

http://cdn-write.demandstudios.com/upload//2000/700/90/4/142794.jpg

Let's be honest: Almost every girl has dreamed about having past-the-shoulder Barbie-length hair. Is long hair the most practical? Not exactly. Is long fun and flirty? You bet! Here's how to tap the Rapunzel in you!
Steps

1. Be very nice to your hair. Your hair falls out on its own, but you may be pulling it out faster with the things you do. The gentler you are with your hair, the less it will fall out.

* Don't put your hair into tight ponytails or cornrows. Use butterfly clips and loose braids instead.
* Brush it carefully. If you have wavy or curly hair, there are probably times when you encounter resistance as you're brushing. Right before brushing, use your fingers to gently comb through your hair. And when you brush, start at the ends, and hold the strand that you're brushing with your other hand so that if you pull on the hair with a brush, you don't pull on the root (you pull from the grip of your hand instead).
* Brush your hair before you shower in the morning. Throughout the night your hair can knot up pretty bad. Brushing your hair before you shower reduces tangling in the shower. When using conditioner, try sifting your fingers through your hair. This reduces extensive combing after your shower and helps distribute the conditioner evenly.
* Minimize tangles in other situations, such as on windy days, by containing your hair with buns, braids, hats, etc.
* Minimize how much you style your hair. Any kind of styling that involves pulling your hair at the root (blow drying straight, straight iron, curling iron, rollers) will contribute to hair loss.Heat styling also can encourage hair to break. If you really need to dry your hair fast, use a blow dryer for 5 minutes only.
* Avoid or minimize harsh treatments like dyes, tints, bleaches, straighteners, and permanent waves. These weaken your hair and increase the likelihood of breakage and loss.

2. Take a daily multivitamin. Your body needs several building blocks in order to produce a healthy head of hair, and you can easily meet your body's requirement by taking a multivitamin consistently. Keep in mind, however, that it can take several months to notice the results, so don't get discouraged.
* Research suggests that iron deficiency makes hair loss worse. Women with heavy periods are at a higher risk of iron deficiency. However, unless you have an iron deficiency diagnosed by a doctor, you shouldn't take iron supplements. They can upset your stomach and cause severe constipation, and iron overload can be dangerous. Taking a multivitamin and eating iron-rich foods (tofu, lentils, beans, oysters, spinach, prunes, raisins, lean beef) is more than enough.
* If you're a vegetarian, eat foods rich in Vitamin C whenever you eat iron-rich veggies. Vitamin C will help your body absorb the kind of iron that is found in vegetables.
* Avoid purchasing unnecessary supplements such as biotin. Despite the many claims that biotin promotes hair growth, no studies have shown this to be the case. However, hair loss is a sign of severe biotin deficiency; in these cases, the hair loss will be accompanied by a scaly rash around the nose, mouth and genitals. Few people suffer this condition.
3. Avoid dramatic weight loss. As you shed pounds, you shed hair. The dramatic changes that your body undergoes when it loses weight quickly (the change in nutrients, the stress involved) can cause your hair to thin. Diets low in protein and iron (e.g. very low-fat) and also those high in protein but low in fruits and vegetables (e.g. Atkins) that result in dramatic weight loss can also trigger significant hair loss. Instead, keep a balanced diet, and focus on gradual calorie reduction (one or two pounds a week).

* Each hair on your head grows for 2-5 years, slows down for about six weeks, and rests for 3-5 months before falling out so a new hair can grow in its place. Normally, 15% of your hair is at the resting phase, but a sudden change in nutrition can cause some hair follicles in the growing phase to switch into the resting phase prematurely, possibly raising the percentage to more than 30%.
4. Relax. Stress is a common cause of reversible hair loss. When you experience physical or emotional turmoil, it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months for the results to show up in your hair. See How to Relieve Stress.
5. Address any pressing health issues. Hair is a strong indicator of health. Many nutritional deficiencies can cause hair growth to slow, and can cause hair to thin. Hormonal problems such as hypothyroidism and PCOS can also cause thinning. If your hair has gotten seriously thinner or stops growing for more than a few months, you should discuss it with your doctor.
6. Naturally improve hair quality and growth. This can be done by warming coconut oil for 1-2 minutes in a microwave and apply to scalp. Allow the oil to soak into scalp for an hour before washing. This increases hair growth and strength and also adds a luster or shine to your hair.

Tips
* Your hair growth tends to increase during warmer months.
* Some medications might affect hair growth. Check with your doctor.
* Note that changes in hair growth caused by hormonal shifts (pregnancy, postpartum, nursing) can't be helped.
* If you are a swimmer, consider wearing a swimming cap to protect your hair from chlorine damage.
* Those with curly/frizzy hair will have to be patient. The texture of your hair means that length will take a while to show, it doesn't mean your hair grows slower.
* Still not fast enough for you? Consider hair extensions, but exercise caution. There are many drawbacks to the use of hair extensions. You must make sure that whoever is applying your extensions is a professional. If applied poorly, your extensions will both look fake and severely damage your hair. Take your time selecting your extensions as well. There are a variety of materials and extensions available on the market, many of which can and will look horribly fake. The other drawback is that extensions must be periodically replaced every six to eight weeks. If you are willing to invest the time and money, then they may be the right choice for you.
* Using Virgin Coconut oil is also a way to help your hair grow faster, Massaging it in to your scalp twice a week will make it grow. Also if your rub it on your forehead during stress, it will eliminate the stress.

Four People Die in Air Force C-17 Cargo Plane Crash at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska

C-17 Crash at Elmendorf Air Force Base Alaska

C-17s have survived missile attacks in Iraq and pilot mishaps in Aghanistan without casualty in recent years, including a surface-to-air hit in Baghdad in 2003 and a 2009 incident at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan where a C-17 landed on its belly - with its landing gears disabled.
Four airmen were killed early Wednesday evening when a large military cargo plane crashed at Elmendorf Air Force base in Anchorage, officials said on early Thursday.
The Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft went down at the end of the runway around 6.14 p.m. local time and was witnessed by many local residents. Large plumes of black smoke were initially seen rising from the scene.
Bob Hall, a spokesman for the base, said the Air Force cargo aircraft, which was carrying four Airmen, was assigned to the 3rd Wing at Elmendorf Air Force Base. “At the time of the accident, it was on a local training mission,” he said.
Colonel John McMullen, 3rd Wing commander, confirmed there were no survivors in the accident. “Our deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences go out to the family and friends of those Airmen killed in this crash,” he said.

“Yesterday, we lost four members of our Arctic Warrior family and it’s a loss felt across our entire joint installation. Right now our immediate focus is on providing all possible support to the loved ones of our fallen aviators,” McMullen added.
Alaska Governor Sean Parnell said he and his wife Sandy were saddened to learn of the plane crash. “Alaskans are very connected to the military and our thoughts and prayers are with Alaska’s Air Force Family,” he said.
U.S. Senator Mark Begich and former mayor of Anchorage Mark Begich said his thoughts and prayers were with the extended National Guard family. “The service members of our National Guard sacrifice daily to defend our nation and make our state safe,” he said.
Begich said every Alaskan is deeply saddened by Wednesday’s accident. “I urge all Alaskans to include these brave Guardsmen and their families in their prayers,” he added.
The names of the Airmen who died are being withheld pending notification of next of kin and McMullen said a board of officers will investigate the cause of the crash.
McMullen and Brigadier General Charles Foster, 176th Wing commander from the Alaska Air National Guard, will hold a news conference at 8 a.m. local time to provide more information about the accident.
The C-17 Globemaster III is a large four-engined jet which can be used to transport troops or cargo. Since it entered service with the US Air Force in 1993, the C-17 has had a mostly stellar safety record, with no fatal accidents reported. Five countries and NATO operate the aircraft, of which over 200 have been built.

How to Stop Feeling Sad

Feeling Sad
So you are feeling Sad. I know how it feels like, it feels like there is something hurting you but you are not aware of it, It feels like you are neither happy nor satisfied. But why do we feel sad? Are these sad feelings nothing more than a part of the usual cycle of mood swings?
No they are not; these sad feelings are a message sent to you by your subconscious mind, in order to take an action.

Why Do We Feel Sad?
Sad feelings are like all the other emotions we experience, they are an indication that something is going wrong in our lives. The root causes for sad feelings are uncountable but they can be summarized under one big category, Unsolved Problems.
The more unsolved problems you have, the more likely you will feel sad from time to time. You don't have to solve the problem completely to feel good; you just need to take an action towards solving it. see this example below for a better understanding of the concept, which is an example of the communication that happens between you and your subconscious mind.
Your Subconscious Mind Hey, you may not get a raise this year and you are not taking any actions, I am sending you some sad feelings to motivate you.
You Oh my God, I am feeling sad, I am feeling sad. Why, why is this happening to me, God, why, why me??
Few weeks later you discovered that you may be feeling sad because you may not get a raise, so you started to work harder
Your Subconscious Mind I can see you are taking actions, there is no more need for the sad feelings, I am withdrawing them again
As you can see, the subconscious mind found no more reason to keep the sad feelings and so they disappeared. When you feel sad, your main focus should be finding the root cause for these feelings then working towards solving them.

Feeling Sad without Knowing Why
Feeling sad without knowing why is usually the result of having too many accumulated problems in your subconscious mind to the extent that you don't know which of them is the real reason for your sad feelings.
Some people escape solving their problems by taking drugs, others escape them by sleeping while a third category escapes by going into a new relationship. There are hundreds of methods that people use to bury their problems deeper in their subconscious minds, but the subconscious mind never gives up, it always replays back by sending a more intense sad feeling in order to wake you up.
If you don't really know what's really making you feel sad then start by sorting out all of the problems you have, then solve them one by one, when you come along the one that is causing you the sad feelings you will feel better.

Feeling Sad all the Time (For extended Periods)
Feeling sad all the time is one of the symptoms of depression. You may be feeling sad because you are depressed. Personally, I consider depression a message too, a message telling you that unless you bring back what was lost your subconscious mind will keep you depressed.

Stopping Feeling Sad
Whether it's an unsolved problem or whether it's a problem that is buried into your subconscious mind, the result will be sad feelings. The only way to deal with these sad feelings is to solve what can be solved and to accept what cannot be solved; only then your sad feelings will go away.
If you don't like this approach, you can start it the other way around, by starting a journey towards feeling happy. This guide will tell you what you need to do in order to feel happy, which in turn, will drive away sad feelings. Anyway you can think "Now I know that when I feel sad, I'm not alone. There is always someone who can help me. All I have to do is confide in someone I trust. What's more, I now know it doesn't last forever."

Do Love Spell Work?

When it comes to the belief in modern day magic and spells, there are two camps; the believers and the skeptics. The skeptics do not believe in the hocus pocus and practices of today’s pagans and witches. In turn, the pagans and witches accept magic as readily as we accept the belief that gas prices will be higher in another month.

Spells for love, success, luck, and a number of others that are beneficial are still performed by witches, although they claim to be white witches and their spells are harmless. Love spells are as popular as ever and are some of the easier spells one can cast. Beginners can do it or you can pay a professional witch to do it for you. But do love spells really work? Or are they just as the skeptics claim; a lot of mumbo-jumbo? If you are seeking love and you want some additional help in that department, here is some information you might find helpful before you get your chalk and candles.

What Love Spells Don’t Do
The days of spells that specifically target a person to bind them to the spellcaster’s will are over. Or they may still exist only in the latest online rpg. Today’s spells do not twist another’s willpower and freedom. They do not put the target in a trance or force them to do anything that would normally be against their better judgment.

So love spells do not target individuals. That would be in violation of one of the rules in witch etiquette. The rule states: Do not bind another being unless you are willing to be bound. So you cannot use a spell to get that hot guy in the office next to you to fall in love with you.

Why Love Spells Don’t Work
Even witches and magic practitioners agree that spells do not always work. Sometimes they may not work they way that you want them to. One of the main reasons that spells don’t work is because of belief. Do you really believe in magic? Belief is very important for anything to work. If you have to do a project at work, it is much harder if you do not believe that you can do it. If you are playing a round of golf and you do not believe that you are very good, you will likely play a lousy game. Belief is essential if you want something to work.

So let’s say that you do believe in magic or are at least willing to give it a shot. Why won’t a spell work? It could be several things. One of them is concentration. It takes practice and experience to attain the level of concentration needed to enable a spell to work. Spells have to have energy built up in them and then released at just the right time. If you do not have the proper frame of mind, you can’t do it.

Motivation is another cause for love spells not working. You need to do some deep inner thinking before casting a love spell. Ask yourself why you are casting it. Are you seeking to hurt someone else? Are you trying to bind someone to you? Or is it truly to find love? Only when your motivation is true will the spell succeed. Selfish, greedy, or hurtful motivations are counter-productive to love spells and are a sure-fire way to get them to fail.

Timing and energy are other reasons for the failure of a love spell. Cycles of the moon play a big factor in practicing magic, particularly love spells. When the moon is waning, it is at its least power which means there is less power to draw on for the spell. If you want to cast a powerful love spell, you should wait until the moon if full and at its peak.

In love spells, part of the energy also comes from within you. You need to feel vibrant and full of energy when casting love spells. If you are sick, tired, or just don’t feel like you have much energy, then the spell will be a very weak one (if it works at all).

Why Love Spells Work
Practitioners of magic swear that if done properly using positive energy, love spells do work. When the witch or caster has enough energy, the moon is in the right phase, and their motivation is good, the spell has a likely chance of success.

One thing to help a love spell is to make a list of what type of person you are looking for. Without naming a specific someone, give details with pros and cons, likes and dislikes. This narrows down the focus of the spell and allows the energy to find someone that matches what you are looking for.

Now if you do not really believe in magic but are seeking love and willing to give it a shot, there are some things you need to keep in mind. The first is that love comes naturally. Everyone, at some point in their life, will likely find love. But first you have to love yourself. If you do not like yourself, this creates negative energy that disrupts what you are trying to accomplish.

Witches say that love spells work for those who really want to find love. If you are just messing around, you won’t get the best results. But if you are really sincere about finding love, and think about how much you want it when you cast the spell, then it will likely be successful.

Lastly, you need to prepare yourself for love. This means that you have to do some of the work. You can’t expect a spell to do everything. Clean yourself up some. Pay attention to your appearance. Buy some new clothes that will catch someone’s attention. If your hair is a mess, go get it styled. Start wearing a different perfume. If you want to have people over to your place, make sure it is clean so it will impress them. It is hard to find a soulmate if you live in a dump. Do yourself a favor and get yourself together in order to make the love spell work easier.

Romantic Games for at Home

Keeping the spark alive in your relationship may take more than just giving flowers and chocolate. When planning a romantic evening at home with your special someone, playing a sexy game could be the right move to spice up your night. You can adjust several traditional games to create sizzle and excitement in your relationship. You can make these games as sweet or as wild as you want.

Truth or Dare
# Truth or Dare is an enjoyable way to get to know your partner more. To play, ask partner to pick truth or dare. If she picks truth, ask your partner a sensual question, which she must answer truthfully. Think of questions that are secretive or meant to seduce your partner. For example, ask questions about favorite memories, past relationships and fantasies. When dare is chosen, give your partner a sexy task, such as giving a massage, kissing or a striptease. This game is simple to play, and with some imagination, it can be as sexual as you want.

Scrabble
# Scrabble is a game that uses letters to create different words. To start, place letter tiles on the board. Each player chooses seven letter tiles. Each partner takes turns creating words. Each word and tile dictates the score and point values. Make your scrabble game sexier by using words that are romantic or create suggestive innuendos. Every sexy word earns 50 points for that player.

Play "Strip Scrabble" with your partner. Each time a player earns 50 points, he or she must remove a layer of clothing. The person with the most clothing still on at the end wins.

Twister
# Twister is not just for kids. Twister offers a lot of contact with your partner's body. Lay the Twister board on the floor. At each turn, the player must spin the wheel and place the corresponding body part on the game board with the matching colored circle. Each player will use a body part until one player is no longer able to hold his position; if he falls, he loses the game. To make the game even sexier, have each player remove a layer of clothing before taking their positions on the game board.

To Find a Lover

Full MoonEvery Friday night coming to completion on a full moon Friday night, throw salt on an open fire with your right hand while speaking these words: "It is not salt I turn to fire , but the heart of the man/woman I seek.
Let him have no peace of mind until he come to me".
This spell must be cast three times on each occasion. On the third occasion the wording should be altered slightly to:
"It is not the salt I turn to fire, but the heart of the man/woman I seek.
He/she shall have no peace of mind until he/she come to me".
This ends the spell. The person sought usually appears within a few weeks.

What Should You Do When You Get Frustrated at Work?

It doesn’t matter where you work, who you work for or what kind of a job you have, everyone can get frustrated with work for one reason or another. Whether it is because the clients coming in the door have been disagreeable, the copy machine refuses to do what it is programmed to do or the numbers just don’t add up, there are days that seem to be overwhelmingly frustrating. While it may be true that most days the job is great, the moments or days that seem to be frustrating can sometimes push one to almost take that last step and quit. Though there are many people who would love nothing more than to quit a job they generally detest, there are others who wake up the next morning and wonder why they would ever want to quit their perfect job.
Let’s face it, no job is perfect. There are jobs that may be enjoyable, but every job has its cons that if small enough, one could work at ignoring. Many enjoy their jobs enough and find enough positives to keep going, while others can’t find enough pros about their job because they never wanted to work there in the first place. Regardless of whether the job is what a person really wanted or not, frustration can erupt when a day, or a number of days, just don’t seem to go right. What keeps people working to ignore or push away their frustration? The need to work in order to pay for the necessities of life; in many cases this one thought can be enough to throw some into a fit because they feel chained in and unable to get themselves out of the job and situation they dislike.

Whatever the cause of frustration, there is the need to deal with it properly. Ignoring it, pushing it away and letting it build over time will, in most cases, lead to a regrettable situation that cannot be undone. Left unchecked, it can also lead to depression, anger, sadness, insomnia and even heart problems. It creates a stress that no one should have to live with as they go through their life. Life should be enjoyed and living the greater part of it in misery is not at all healthy. This is why taking the time to calm down, evaluate your situation and alter yourself, your views and/or your life may be necessary in order to improve your happiness. Seeking the help or advice of an online counselor can be extremely helpful because they can help you to look into yourself, listen to yourself and then decide whether you need to make moderate or severe changes in your life to alleviate the frustration, unhappiness and unnecessary stress in your life. Doing a search for an online therapist and getting some online counseling can be helpful to anyone dissatisfied with their current work. If online therapy is not something you are looking for at this time, an online therapist would still be more than happy to offer any suggestions or advice to any questions you may have.

How to Fix a Bad Relationship

No one wants to be in a bad relationship, but few of us are given the tools to fix relationships that aren't working. What follows is an in-depth but extremely effective way creating a healthy relationship, one step at a time. Whether the two of you are on the verge of breaking up, or if you just feel something is amiss and needs to be looked at further, the words that follow are meant to get you out of your rut and have you enjoying your relationship again.
How to Fix a Bad Relationship
Poor communication often derails the most important relationships in a person's life. The ability to listen is the best tool you can bring to any reconciliation efforts. This checklist of other pointers can help you patch things up with the parties indicated.

Instructions

    Spouse

  1. Remember that love is a verb. Choose to love your spouse for better or for worse.
  2. Communicate even if it results in an argument. Choose a private place and a time when you won't be interrupted.
  3. Outlaw any name calling, references to past history, and cheap shots during the argument. Stick to the issue at hand.
  4. Listen to your spouse attentively without interruption. Pay attention to the emotions that lie behind the words and body language. Do not try to change those feelings or offer solutions; just validate them by listening.
  5. Don't go to bed angry at each other. Call a truce before bedtime. Most things look better in the morning.
  6. Take action. Do something every day that shows your love for your spouse even if you don't feel love. Love has a funny way of creeping back into the picture.
  7. Remember that the bond of love grows even stronger after you've survived difficult times.

    Teenage child

  8. Step 1
Set good examples through your actions. Listen attentively and let your teen know your love is unconditional. Resist complaining, nagging or criticizing.

  9. Step 2
Give clear guidelines. Explain the reasons behind them and the consequences of failure to abide by them.

  10. Step 3
If your teen disobeys the guidelines, reaffirm the reasons behind the guidelines and hold him or her responsible for the consequences.

  11. Step 4
Choose your battles carefully. Is blue hair really worth arguing about? Also, make sure to notice and affirm positive behavior in your teen.

  12. Step 5
Communicate openly about the many peer-related challenges, including alcohol, drugs, smoking and sex.

  13. Step 6
Encourage your teen to get a part-time job to learn financial responsibility.

  14. Step 7
Give your teen space and time to figure things out. Allow him or her to make mistakes. It's part of the learning process.

    In-laws

  15. Step 1
Reach an agreement with your spouse that you are going to work on repairing your in-law relationship as a united couple.

  16. Step 2
Make a list of past events that have injured the relationship. Forgive and forget, but also learn from the events.

  17. Step 3
Set clear boundaries as a couple about what is acceptable behavior for your in-laws. Communicate these boundaries to your in-laws when necessary.

  18. Step 4
Take time to get to know your in-laws. With knowledge comes greater understanding of these people and their behavior.

  19. Step 5
Be polite and treat your in-laws with dignity and respect even if you don't like them.

  20. Step 6
Learn to accept advice from your in-laws graciously even if you have no intention of following it: "Thank you for your thoughtful suggestion."

  21. Step 7
Always give your in-laws another chance. Set new limits if necessary after a negative encounter, but keep the bond alive.

    Troublesome neighbor

  22. Step 1
Explain to the neighbor in person how he or she is causing a problem. If you feel concerned for your safety, bring a friend and have the encounter in an area you consider safe.

  23. Step 2
Suggest several solutions that take both your needs and your neighbor's into account.

  24. Step 3
Listen attentively to your neighbor's version of events. If the neighbor becomes argumentative or threatening, end the encounter immediately. Do not engage your neighbor in an argument. Report any threats of bodily harm to the police.

  25. Step 4
After you have listened to your neighbor, confirm that your neighbor agrees to one of the solutions. Be sure to thank him or her for cooperating.

  26. Step 5
If the neighbor neglects your request, decide whether you can tolerate rude behavior to keep peace in the neighborhood.

  27. Step 6
If you can't tolerate it, contact the landlord, neighborhood-watch representative or cooperative board. Call the police or city hall as a last resort.

What Can You Do When You Are Bored?

Feel boring? Say "Bye-Bye to Boredom", here's some tips :

* You obviously have too much time on your hands. If in school do extra schoolwork, or, take up a sport. Go out with friends, get a part-time job and volunteer (make yourself useful.) As a volunteer, you meet lots of new friends and giving back to society is rewarding.

* Do something nice for someone else
*
o Write a letter to a soldier in a foreign country thanking him/her for protecting you.
o Visit some elderly people in your neighborhood, or children in the hospital who would love some company!
o Start packing some old clothes or toys to donate to charity.
o Write a poem for your mom dad/friend showing how happy you are they are in your life.
o When you do something nice for someone else you often forget how bored you are and feel really great - As Ralph Waldo Emerson said "...to make one person smile, this is to have succeed."

* If all your friends are busy, you are stuck at home, and you don't feel like doing anything people suggest, then there's not really an answer. Get a pet. You could go on MySpace. You could make random videos and take random pictures. Watch things on YouTube. Watch MTV or anything you feel like. If you don't want to even try these things, and just slump around being bored there's only one real answer... you're being lazy!; either go outside or go to sleep.

* Most children or teens think school work is boring, but it's something we all had to do or are doing to get a good education. Go to the library and read more and oh yes, there are computers there so check out Google.com and find some subjects you would be interested in. Join a choir or sports.

* Play a games on the computer/video games/board games/cards, go outside, go for a walk/jog/bike ride/skiing/tobogganing/snowboarding, work out, read, do homework, get some friends together and go to an amusement park/arcade/bowling, draw/paint/do crafts, offer to help your parents with something around the house, take a nap, have a bath/do full grooming nails etc., wash your or your parents car(s)/water the plants, watch or go to the movies, bake something with one of your parents, be bored with a friend, rearrange/tidy your room, become a volunteer with an organization you or your parents approve of, visit elderly people at retirement homes the love that as some don't have families or visitors - don't be afraid to use your imagination and you are never to old to do any of the above activities - there is always something to do.

* Join WikiAnswers to ask and answer questions. (But don't waste all your time on the computer : go outside and get some fresh air and exercise when the weather is good.)

* Go onto Youtube and create an account so you can make videos.

* If I'm on the computer, and it's a nice day out, I'll go outside on the swing. If you live in the city, ask if you can go the park and do something with a friend or by yourself. If it's rainy, I go on quizilla.com, read stories, and take quizzes and polls. That's what I'm going to do right now.

* If your on your own get a A4 peice of card (but if you dont have any card paper is fine) and draw a square template, and before cutting it out and sticking it together, on each side of the square write something you find fun or wouldn't mind doing (like maybe, read, call a friend, draw, make something, bake/cook, play a computer game.) then you cut around the template of the square and stick the sides together, but you have to make sure the writing is on the outside! Then role the square like a dice. Then, when ever you feel bored, role the dice to see what to do.

* If you are with a group of friends (you need about 6, but around that number would be fine) another idea would be to make 2 dice, and one one of then write stuff like; 'Ask out' 'Hug' 'Kiss' and things like that. On the other dice, write peoples names, some of the names can be the people with you. Get in a circle, and when it is your turn to the dice you will end up with something like 'Hug Tom' or something like that. I've played it before, its such a laugh!

* Read a book

* Catch up on some homework

* Go on the computer

* See what's on TV

* Make a newspaper for your family

* Create a story/ novel, whatever you want

* Call a friend

* Take a bike ride

* Take a walk

* Sell ice tea.

* Eat food

* Make an awesome ice cream sundae

* Take a picture

* Create a contest

* Get a friend or two, and take turns designing each other as movie stars, TV shows, or anyone you can think of.

* Take a nap

* Play some music and dance. (And it's good exercise too!)

* Make a play with your friends

* Do something you wouldn't usually do

* If you are a member of Twitter then Tweet everything you do

How to Know if a Guy Likes You

Here are five signs that he is interested in you too. If any of the following happens, he is probably trying to get close enough to ask you out:

1. He tells someone

Is he interested? He likes you if he tells a mutual friend that he wants to know more about you, or he asks other people who you are and where you're from. He is trying to act like he's "just asking" but his questions indicate more than a casual interest. And when he tells someone that he finds you attractive, he probably knows that it will get back to you. He's hoping it does.

2. The look

He gives you a look that betrays his calm exterior. Even though he is across the room, "that look" he has says it all. It is sweeping, from your head to your toes, and then his eyes linger on yours. You think you notice the beginning of a tentative smile.

3. The conversation

Does he like you? When he manages to get close enough to you, to ask you questions, he is interested. He appears to be listening and responds to what you say. He's moving in to the ultimate question, which is: "Are you seeing anyone." He would only ask this question if he wanted to date you, and he hopes the answer is "No." Never ever wear a ring in public. When a guy is across the room, he cannot tell which finger it is on and he may assume incorrectly that you are taken. If he doesn't ask you the question of whether or not you are attached, he may ask someone whom you both know.

4. He appears unexpectedly

He likes you a lot if he shows up out of nowhere. He can only do that if he has been asking people about your schedule, or he has been paying attention to where you are going and at what time. His face may turn red when he sees you. A sudden, "Oh, hi," is his way of saying, "I don't want to seem obvious, but I am interested in you." If you feel the same way, do not act shy. Stop and talk to him.

5. EVERYONE likes you

Is he interested? When you are well liked and a happy person, why wouldn't he like you? Of course he does. If you don't have a great life, however, now is your time to start working on one. Take a look at your career possibilities, body image, future, plans, and resources. You may be naturally talented at something, but it won't matter unless you work on your strengths. Misused or unused talents fade away. School and training do not.

These are the five signs that he is interested and he is on the verge of asking you out. Make it easy for him and be friendly. This is where relationships begin.

8 Pikiran Buruk Ancam Hubungan Asmara

2 Pria hanya menginginkan hubungan fisik

7. Pasangan tak tertarik lagi padanya
Meskipun menjalin hubungan dalam waktu lama, bukan berarti wanita tak perlu diyakinkan mengenai hubungan. Memberi pujian dan membiarkan pasangan mengetahui mereka masih menarik membuat wanita percaya diri dan mempertahankan keharmonisan hubungan.
8. Wanita lain menarik perhatian pasangan

How to Get a Boy in Middle School to Like You

http://i.ehow.com/images/a04/87/gk/get-guy-like-middle-school-120X120.jpg Middle school is a time when kids are beginning to change how they feel in relationships, and the way they interact with the opposite sex. Here are some steps to help you develop a great relationship with a boy in middle school.

Steps

  1. Start up a conversation.

  2. Try to become friends first. Odds are he will like you eventally if you stick in long enough. If you eventally date him befor hand say that you don't want the freind ship to change after you stop dating he proprobly wants the same. You can get to know him better by just being friends. Also you can text him if you have a phone but talk in person too don't just have a texting friend ship.

  3. Smile at him. Just glance at him during class and if you happen to lock eyes, smile. Playing who can look in to each others eyes the longest with out laughing works so the both of you have something to do with each other.

  4. Don't let him think that your crazy in love with him. Just be very friendly. And don't let your friend tell him you like him...that makes it harder.

  5. Boys are easily influenced by their friends, so if you're friends with his friends, you can start hanging out with them. He'll talk to them about you and if they don't approve that will effect his judgment, and that's the truth. If you feel uncomfortable with his friends, just do the same activities with his friends, at a distance and like magic, everyone is friends!

  6. Be confident! Just don't always be screaming about how amazing you are. Most people find that annoying, just letting you know.

  7. Find out things about him. That's kind of a no brainer, talk to him about his interests, his family, music tastes (which is the most fun for me to talk about.) LISTEN! And when you bring it up again he'll know you were listening. Try to find things in common. Do you both play guitar, or love the same bands?
  8. Don't make yourself look too socially active because he might think he cant keep up with you, and that's not good. If he feels he can't keep up with you, he might get too nervous and think that you're out of his league. If you are very socially active, invite him to come along one day with you and some of your friends. This will give him a chance to be around you outside of school and in your natural state.
  9. Don't wear a lot of make-up to impress him. Honestly, when I see girls like that, I tend to lean towards inappropriate.

  10. When flirting with a guy, try and make subtle physical contact, such as stepping on his feet (nicely, most guys are bigger than girls anyway), poking him, and squeezing his arm.

  11. Be "flirty" smile at him sweetly, joke around but don't be mean then he'll start flirting back. But don't be over obsessive.

  12. If your friend likes this guy too you should discuss it and just both leave him alone.

  13. Do not say another guy is "hot" or don't drag on about someone. He might think you like them and not him.

  14. Show him you want him but don't need him. Guys tend to like girls that can do things by herself, so if someone asks you for help say no unless you like the boy that asks. Or, to add a little mystery (or hard to get), say "NO" to him occasionally, but not meanly.
  15. Laugh at his jokes even if they are not funny. This makes him feel appreciated.

  16. If you're going to ask him out, don't have someone else do it for you. That makes him feel that you don't want to be around him. So if he has a phone, ask him for his number. Asking a guy out on the phone is easier than in person and not as embarrassing if he says no.

  17. Be mature.

  18. If you don't get the person you like don't get sad, it's only the beginning.

  19. If you're friends with him, great! You need to get an idea of what he's really like before you can determine if you really truly like him for a reason or if it's just because he's cute.

  20. Show your style. Dress up really cute. For example skinny jeans make sure they show your figure and a tight shirt with some flats or sandals if its a hot day. Make sure he looks at you; those are signs of flirting. Be yourself. Wear a necklace, or your favorite earrings etc. Wear what makes you happy! Pick things that are your favorite color, shape or pattern. Make sure it radiates you.

  21. What does he do? Sports? Chess? Go to his games or tournaments or something and cheer him on. (This is optional; you wouldn't want to seem creepy)

  22. Never take your friends ex it will cause trouble

  23. Do things for him. Help him out with things and he will appreciate it

  24. Find out who his past girlfriends were. if it was a good relationhip, then see if the girl was screamish and dressed big, or can take care of herself and dressed casual. start acting like that, but don't change too much

  25. Don't change yourself for anyone. Not just simply a guy.

How to Find the Right Cologne

http://c.complex.com/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/colognelead.jpg Via perfume, cologne, and other similar delivery systems continue to be popular. However, women now prefer to distinguish certain types of odors. He often want something that describes your personality and reflect his lifestyle. He did not want anything too heavy will remain alive, leaving behind a scent that one when he came out of the room. Finding the right cologne can be difficult if a woman does not know how to process.

Instructions

  1. Step 1
Determine the types of colognes you liked previously. If floral scents were a favorite in the past, chances are good that those type of scents are still good for you, even if they have a slightly new or modern flair.

  2. Step 2
Shop for fragrances in the middle of the day. Research indicates that the sense of smell is at its peak then. Clear your nose between scents by sniffing coffee or coffee beans. That keeps the scents from overlapping.

  3. Step 3
Pay attention to the cologne’s package; not just its scent. A lot of thought goes into packaging a product. Manufacturers try to match everything about the cologne’s presentation to give the buyer a clear picture of the scent. For example, scents that are bottled in deep amber well-defined bottles often feature a heavier, woodsy scent while those displayed in pale pastel fancy bottles are lighter and more airy.

  4. Step 4
Solicit an expert’s assistance to narrow down cologne choices. There are hundreds of colognes on the market today and it is virtually impossible to review them all. However, experts in the field of scent can help narrow down the field if they understand the type of scent desired.

  5. Step 5
Try the cologne on the skin as well as on a test card. Scents take a while to develop (between 15 and 20 minutes) so the initial smell that is experienced on the skin will change over time as it mixes with the body chemistry. That is why having the test card is important. It allows you to review the scent as it was initially presented, while the scent on the skin represents how it will smell as it processes.

  6. Step 6
Obtain samples of colognes of interest. Live with them for a period of time before making a decision whether or not to make a purchase. The initial response may well be different than the final one.

  7. Step 7
Solicit the opinions of friends and family about the cologne. What you smell on your own body isn’t necessarily an accurate representation of what others smell.

  8. Step 8
Determine how well the cologne will layer with other skin or bath products that you might want to use. If it doesn’t layer well, it may not be the best choice to make.

  9. Step 9
Consider changing cologne with the seasons. The natural elements like heat, humidity, and cold can change the way a cologne smells. Lighter scents are generally better for spring and summer months because they grow a bit heavier in the heat and humidity. Deeper scents work in the fall and winter because the cold often diminishes their intensity.
Tips & Warnings

  # Men's fragrances in the United States are called colognes; in Europe they're called "eau de toilette."
   # Your skin's pH is what will determine how long a scent lasts. Trying the scent and then waiting for a while is the best determinate of what's best for you.
   # Like women's perfumes, use cologne on pulse points (wrists, chest, neck), where your skin is warmest and therefore is the best diffuser.
   # While trying out new fragrances, a coffee bean under your nose will restore nose clarity, so ask for one. Really.
  # Buy from a reputable shop; cologne can spoil, or it can be poorly counterfeited.
  # Don't apply cologne to your face, especially after a shave. Use aftershave instead.
